Our company, HR-Fundamentals Ltd, was founded back in 2002 by joint directors Helen Ramsey and Stephen Simmons. In 2005, Helen obtained Chartered Fellow status from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in recognition of her many years working in the HR. She also a Full Member of the Institute of Directors with MIoD status and Prince2 qualified.
